The room was comfortable and appeared newly updated. The attentive staff were pretty good too assist, contributing to an overall cute atmosphere. The make-your-own waffle station at breakfast was a good touch, though I did wish for more variety. The overall breakfast selection felt a bit limited, and the coffee quality didn't quite meet expectations.

Brand-new and neat rooms with queen beds available. With a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator.

the hotel was fine for what we needed it for. just a place to lay our heads after the game. The hotel was about 30mins away from Green Bay but was the only hotel that had a room available. The price was right at just around $100.00 for the night.

Be sure to ask the front desk about late checkout options as it can make your departure more convenient.

Chlorine smell as you come in the door. Can't be helped. when you have a pool, but unpleasant nonetheless.

You could make your own waffles in the morning, yum.

The staff was messy and undereducated and lazy, and didn't seem professional. Pool hours were lame as well! That's what I get for booking too quickly.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the shared areas, particularly the pool, stood out and made for a pleasant environment.

The location worked out for us and was convenient to our family that live near by.

When I made reservations I did it online and forgot to ask for adjoining rooms. I called Booked.net and they said they would send a note and if able they would be able to do it. I received an email a short time later stating that they received my request and they could fulfill it. When we checked in we were informed they didn't have any available. They gave us rooms across the hall from each other. The adjoining room were for my parents who both have dimentia and needless to say it was not a restful night for me and my husband.

Did not have the information with me when I checked in and payed for the room but found out later that I was charged $3.00 more than Booked.net quoted, a small amount but still more than the quote.

Exceptionally nice rooms complete with queen beds and micro-wave, as example, amicable staff. Perfectly comfortable location close to everything, in the very comfortable area. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby.

The queen room was spacious and comfy for our four-night stay. We loved the heated indoor pool. Plus, the whirlpool was an absolute highlight for us.

The staff greeted us warmly. While the hot water in the sink played tricks on us, everything else was smooth and cozy. Great spot for exploring, especially with nearby attractions in Neenah.
